The addition of matcha and KI NO TEA revamps the original Brandy Alexander to blend with the tea elements and produce a creamy, silky drink that’s perfect for after dinner or as a dessert cocktail.

We are often asked why we chose to establish our craft gin distillery in Kyoto, rather than Tokyo, Osaka or Hokkaido, or any of the many other locations that could have been selected.
We spent six months selecting the finest suppliers and botanicals for the production of KI NO BI Kyoto Dry Gin, many of them sourced locally from Kyoto Prefecture.
