The Kyoto Distillery is proud to partner with an independent Scotch whisky producer, Kilchoman Distillery, for an innovative collaboration with KI NO BI Kyoto Dry Gin.
Kilchoman is a small-scale, farm-based distillery located on the Scottish island of Islay. The distillery grows barley and has maltings on-site for its single malt whiskies.
When matured in American oak barrels, Ki No Bi Edition K is carefully monitored by the distillery team to ensure that the influence of smoke and peat are in perfect harmony with the original botanical blend.
