KI NO BI House Membership Program “ELEMENTS”

By joining the KI NO BI House Membership Program “ELEMENTS”, you will be entitled to enjoy the benefits offered by the program. Benefits may be changed or discontinued without prior notice.

Once you have joined, there are no annual renewal fees or additional charges required to maintain your membership.

Membership applications are accepted only at KI NO BI House. Online applications are not available.
Membership fees can only be paid by credit card.

Article 1. Application of These Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Kyoto Distillery Co., Ltd. and members of the membership program known as ELEMENTS.

Article 2. Membership Enrollment

  1. Applications are accepted only at KI NO BI House.
  2. Any individual who agrees to these Terms and pays the membership fee shall become a Member.
  3. Applicants must provide all required information.
  4. Applications must be made personally and not through a proxy.
  5. Individuals under 20 years of age may not apply.

Article 3. Changes to Registered Information

  1. Members must promptly notify the Company of any changes to registered information.
  2. The Company shall not be liable for losses arising from failure to provide such notice.

Article 4. Membership Fee

  1. A one-time membership fee of JPY 6,000 (tax included) is required.
  2. Payment is accepted by credit card only.
  3. No annual renewal fee is required.
  4. Membership fees are non-refundable.

Article 5. Loss of Membership

  1. Members may withdraw at any time by completing the prescribed procedures.
  2. The Company may revoke membership for false declarations, violations of these Terms, or other reasonable grounds.
  3. Membership fees already paid shall not be refunded.

Article 6. Indemnification

Members shall compensate the Company for damages arising from a violation of these Terms.

Article 7. Personal Information

Personal information shall be handled in accordance with the applicable Privacy Policy.

Article 8. Amendment of These Terms

The Company may amend these Terms and provide prior notice in accordance with applicable law.

Article 9. Membership Benefits

Benefits may be modified or discontinued without prior notice and may not be combined with other promotions.

Article 10. Prohibited Conduct

Article 11. Termination of the Membership Program

The Company may suspend or terminate the Membership Program with prior notice.

Article 12. Limitation of Liability

The Company’s liability shall be limited to the amount of the membership fee except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.

Article 13. Severability

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.

Article 14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. The Kyoto District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
