ABOUT THE ANNIVERSARY
To celebrate the milestone of the 8th year, we had a one-night event with cocktail competition winners who created innovative cocktails for this special occasion. Guests enjoyed the innovative signature cocktails and tea-themed cocktails, and one lucky person drew the first prize in a raffle and took home an anniversary bottle, NOH Edition 32!

We are often asked why we chose to establish our craft gin distillery in Kyoto, rather than Tokyo, Osaka or Hokkaido, or any of the many other locations that could have been selected.
We spent six months selecting the finest suppliers and botanicals for the production of KI NO BI Kyoto Dry Gin, many of them sourced locally from Kyoto Prefecture.
