Bottled exclusively for the 8th anniversary of Ki No Bi
The 32nd edition is cask-aged in a barrel previously used to mature Caroni rum. The aged gin was then sweetened with “black sugar” from the Okinawan island of Yonaguni, which adds complexity to the final product.

We are often asked why we chose to establish our craft gin distillery in Kyoto, rather than Tokyo, Osaka or Hokkaido, or any of the many other locations that could have been selected.
We spent six months selecting the finest suppliers and botanicals for the production of KI NO BI Kyoto Dry Gin, many of them sourced locally from Kyoto Prefecture.
